This site does NOT use cookies. No technical cookies, no profiling cookies, no third-party cookies, no analytics, no tracking of any kind. The accessibility preferences you choose are stored only in your own browser (device localStorage): they are not cookies and are never transmitted to any server or third party. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Personal data
This is a showcase site and as a rule it collects no personal data, uses no cookies, does no profiling, and integrates no third-party analytics or trackers. The only exception is the «Work with us» form: if you choose to send us an application, we collect the data you enter. Full details in the «Recruitment» section below.
Recruitment (Work with us)
If you send us an application through the «Work with us» form, we process the data you enter: name and a contact of your choice (email or phone) are required; age, school or training path and a message are optional. Please do not share unnecessary data or special categories (for example health data). Purpose: to assess your spontaneous application for possible selection and training opportunities at the salon. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in assessing the applications it receives (Art. 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679); you may object at any time (Art. 21). Your data stays within the European Union: the form is delivered to our mailbox through our infrastructure on AWS (eu-north-1 region, EU) and the Amazon SES email service in the EU; it is not transferred outside the European Union. Retention: a maximum of 12 months from receipt, then we delete it; you may ask us to remove it sooner. Rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection (Arts. 15-22) and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali); write to info@pinocapasso.it. You must be at least 16 to apply. Fonts and assets
Typefaces are self-hosted: no requests to external services (e.g. Google Fonts). No IP address is sent to third parties.
